Integration of the «Three lines of defense» model into the operational risk management system of an educational organization

At the present stage, the educational sector is characterized by an increasing influence of operational risks on the activities of modern educational organizations. The existing approaches to risk management in universities are often fragmented and do not provide comprehensive coverage of all operational threats. Consequently, it is relevant to identify the specific features of operational risks in an educational organization including risks related to the educational process, administrative activities, infrastructure, compliance, and digitalization followed by the development of scientifically grounded proposals for integrating the «Three Lines of Defense» model into the operational risk management system of an educational organization.
