In this article, the concept of a young scientist and his role for modern science as a whole is considered from the point of view of a systematic approach. The topic of integration of young scientists into the scientific community is relevant, since young scientists play a key role in the development of science. They generate new ideas, analyze current problems of modern science, and suggest ways to solve scientific problems. The process of integration of young scientists into the scientific community is influenced by a combination of intra-system and non-system factors: low motivation and lack of interest in scientific activity, low wages, lack of scientific laboratories, equipment, funding, etc. To analyze the factor space of hierarchical levels of integration, the following methods were used: document analysis, comparative analysis, description, scientific generalization of the theory. The analysis of the university and regional level of support and integration of young scientists in the Belgorod region showed the feasibility of technologizing integration processes and making changes to the infrastructure to support young scientists at the regional level. This can lead to the creation of new technologies, improving the quality of people's lives, solving various problems in society, attracting young researchers and developing their careers, as well as improving the quality of scientific research. In addition, the integration of young scientists helps to create new research teams and develop cooperation between various scientific organizations, which is also an important factor for the development of science.
