Integration of educational systems and the problem of formation of new person in the higher education

The paper is concerned with the questions of improving the modern system of Russian education. The author considers those factors which influence the development of the system of higher education and form it. It is emphasized that innovations occupy a strategically important place in the modern development of the society, promoting modernization and accelerated development of the society. Innovations are the basic parameter of competitiveness of the development of the region and the country as a whole. It is marked that the basic component of transition to the innovative way of development of modern society is formation of the person with the developed innovative thinking.
