Integration of entrepreneurial and human potential for the development of regional potential of the arctic zone of Russian Federation

The article considers the issues of integration of entrepreneurial and human capital for the development of the resource potential of the regions through the development of the system of intra-company entrepreneurship at the enterprises of the region. In particular, the issue of developing a motivation system for activating intra-company entrepreneurship, using tangible and intangible methods, is highlighted. The article lists methods of non-material motivation that contribute to the development of the «entrepreneurial spirit» within the enterprise, and also developed economic models to stimulate intra-company entrepreneurship based on correlation with the economic effect of the proposed project.
