In today’s dynamic and rapidly evolving business environment, a company’s competitiveness is becoming increasingly crucial. This article presents an empirical validation for a comprehensive approach to diagnosing, analyzing, and improving an organization’s competitiveness. This approach is based on the integration of classical strategic analysis methods: classic SWOT analysis, advanced SWOT analysis, and PEST analysis. A practical example of a competitiveness analysis at Elmat LLC demonstrates the application of these three methods, providing a deeper understanding of the company’s competitive position and serving as the basis for making effective management decisions aimed at strengthening its competitive advantages and market position. The results obtained confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach and its applicability for assessing the current state, identifying growth reserves, and forming strategic directions for the company’s development.
