The article deals with the actual problem of integrating tactical and medical skills into the professional training of employees of the internal affairs bodies (ATS). An indepth analysis of the organizational, methodological and psychological problems hindering the effective development of these competencies in a modern operational environment has been carried out. Comprehensive solutions have been proposed, including the restructuring of curricula, the creation of unified protocols, and the introduction of innovative technologies such as virtual reality and biomonitoring. Specific examples of successful pilot programs and foreign experience adapted to Russian realities are given. Special attention is paid to innovations that increase the survival rate of personnel and the effectiveness of operations.
