The article looks at the theoretical issues of an integral approach to research text analysis. A new concept of the research text as a distributed object is offered, which is the basis for the development of its integral model. A detailed technology of an integral analysis is demonstrated to define the most frequent variants of research text semantic and grammatical structures.
