Integration of ChatGPT into the cargo management system

In the modern world, a transportation management system (TMS) plays a special role in logistics activities. It is the basis for the functioning of logistics chains and is used in building a transportation route, organizing the work of a vehicle fleet, and transporting goods. In a modern, rapidly developing society, the use of an artificial intelligence (AI) system in cargo transportation management will allow working with an increasing volume of data, automating processes and reducing costs. In particular, optimizing everyday tasks, accelerating data analysis, the most up-to-date information on routes and applications, and quickly responding to customer requests. Examples of CargoRun, Autograph ATI.su and ChatGPT platforms demonstrate significant integration opportunities into cargo management systems in order to improve efficiency and service quality. The article analyzes the impact and important role of AI in automating TMS processes, and provides specific examples of using ChatGPT in modernizing logistics activities.
