In article features of design process and production of aerodynamic aircraft models, experience of development and deployment in pilot production the automated information ensure system, allowing to operate the available limited resources and quickly react to the changes, influencing the current production plans (entering of adjustments into technical documentation on the products, which are in production, are considered; receipt of new orders; failure of a certain equipment, etc.).
