Integrated management systems as a solution to the problem improving the production efficiency of structurally complex products

A comprehensive approach to solving the problems of accelerated economic growth of the machinebuilding industry, set out in the national projects: «Increasing productivity», «Digital Economy», «Science»: development of a pilot project of machine-building production management systems based on the integration of effective forms, methods and systems of production organization, labor and management, information and digital technologies, optimization methods for solving management tasks (ISPS), with testing at the anchor enterprise; deep integration of education, science and production in the framework of creation of the academic and research manufacturing unit (ARMU), uniting the anchor enterprise, scientific departments and relevant departments of the University with the aim to accelerate the created PMIS on the enterprise sector, improving the competence of specialists, University professors (courses, internships), improvement of the educational process of training of young specialists.
