Intellectualization of the resource management process on the basis of the optimization model of the homogeneous objects system development

The article deals with an approach to the effectiveness improvement of functioning and development of organizational systems objects with the use of rating management. In the case of the development optimization model, it is proposed to create a multiplicative control scheme. For this purpose, the processes of transformation of monitoring and rating assessment data in the links of the multiplicative scheme are considered. The transformation process in each link is formalized on the basis of discrete programming models. The search algorithm for the optimal managerial decision on laying the groundwork of development conditions and the allocation of resource support for changing indicators that affect the increase in integrated and thematic ratings, which is the basis for rating management intellectualization, is proposed.
