This paper presents the design, implementation, and testing of an intelligent lighting system to improve visual comfort, reliability, and energy savings. Environmental conditions, such as natural daylight and the level of interior light intensity, are collected from distributed sensors. Based on sensor data, the microcontroller is programmed to control lighting and increase energy efficiency. LED dimmer circuit designed to control the PWM signal of the microcontroller and tested for various types of LED lamps. A dimmable LED lighting system built into the intelligent wireless touch control allows significant energy savings.
