Intellectual system of regulation of the productivity of small-sized food-protective unit

The relevance of improving the efficiency of small-sized feed preparation unit by automating the regulation of its performance is shown. The results of the development of an appropriate microprocessor system with feed material flow control by means of a standard valve with an individual electric drive are presented. Regulation is made by the current of the crusher drive motor. The functional scheme of the proposed automatic control system is presented. The parameters of the control system necessary for the development of the system control algorithm. The results of laboratory tests of the automation system performance are presented. Comparative production tests of the crusher with manual and automatic load control are carried out. It is shown that the automatic control system significantly affects the uniformity of the crusher loading, improves the energy performance of the unit, increases the productivity and quality of crushing. Also, the quality of grain crushing was evaluated with manual and automatic control of productivity, by assessing the finished product by the presence of fractions of different degrees of grinding. The results of the evaluation showed that the automatic regulation of the quality of grinding performance is slightly improved compared to manual regulation, so the presence of medium grinding fractions is greater by 2.5%, fine (dust) fraction by 2% less and large is also less by 0.5%.
