At present, the turnover of intellectual property in the world Internet has assumed the nature of a massive, global and chaotic use of the interaction of various actors and the objects themselves. Throughout the world, the problem of protecting intellectual property is growing every year. Within the framework of the article, the concept of intellectual property, as well as the problems associated with the implementation of its protection, is considered. Also proposed are directions for improving legislation on civil liability for violating property rights of intellectual property.
