Intellectual property in the strategic planning system of the region

The article discusses the topic of positioning intellectual property in the strategic planning system of six constituent entities of the Russian Federation: It is established that a separate program document on the development of the sphere of intellectual property was adopted in only one constituent entity. In the rest, the strategic vision and indicators for the development of the sphere are indicated at the level of a section or an individual task of a complex document. The necessity of correlation of intellectual property development planning with the National Programs and the People's Democratic Party is noted.
