Intellectual maturity of a personality as a factor of social subjectness realization

The paper substantiates the place and the role of intellectual maturity in the formation of social subjectness. The author considers an effect the human intellectual potential makes on the social subjectness implementation, which allows considering them as causal and the dependent variables. It is concluded, that it is dangerous to ignore a public demand in intellectual matured actors, since it leads to a growth of functional stupidity tendency. In the event the mechanism opposing the functional stupidity is absent, the development of human civilization can gain irreversibly destructive character.
