Intelligent digital resources as a factor in the development of the organization

The relevance of the topic is justified by the need of solving problems related to the study of new resources provided by digital technologies, as well as the lack of an accessible methodological apparatus for identifying and further diagnosing intellectual resources of organizations. The purpose of the article is to update and compile a classification of digital intellectual resources of an organization by types of economic behavior (human, organizational, relational), which will contribute to the opening of new prospects for the growth of the organization and, in general, to increase the efficiency of its activities due to the timely identification of intellectual resources and their involvement in economic turnover. The general methods of theoretical and empirical research are used: generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction, structural and functional method, system approach. The results of the study are: description of the structural elements of digital intellectual resources based on an updated list of digital resources, including digital competencies of personnel, digital organizational resources (corporate digital management systems, digital platforms and ecosystems), relationships with organizations providing digital services; classification of digital intellectual resources by type of economic behavior. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn about the high practical relevance of the results obtained, since they contribute to the identification of new development reserves, strengthening the competitive positions of business entities.
