Intellectual rights in the property of spouges: features of inheritance

Resume: The aim of the study is to achieve legal certainty in establishing the composition of inheritance property, which is aimed at ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of participants in the inheritance relationship. The article discusses legal procedures related to the exercise of the rights of a surviving spouse. The study used theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic, empirical methods of comparison, description, analysis. The problems of determining the legal nature of a spouse's statement about the absence of his share in joint property in intellectual property are identified.
