Problem of reproduction of intellectual resources of Urals mountains: the past and the present

Social and culturral conditions of formation of intellectual resources of Urals Mountainsare analyzed in this articles, distribution of the scientific staff on spheres of scientific activity, branches of sciences (technical, natural, socially-humanitarian), comes to light dynamics of number of various qualifying groups of the scientific staff of Urals Mountains.
