Intellectual capital of small technology companies in the context of neoindustrialization of the economy

The article discusses the problems of small technology companies using or intellectual capital to produce innovative goods in the conditions of neo-industrialization of the economy. In the coordinates of the new division on labor, a qualitative modernization of the technological process is being carried out, a technological division of labor is being a formed, where small technological companies occupy a significant place. Knowledge, qualifications, creative potential of employees, high technologies, managerial influences form the basis of innovative production. Intellectual capital serves as a powerful foundation for innovation and the basis for the development of small technology companies. Criteria for structuring intellectual capital are ways to accurately assess and commercialize it. In this regard, the methods of assessing intellectual capital, including intangible assets of the company, are considered. To assess the total intellectual capital of small technology companies, its assets are highlighted and methods of incrementing the capital of small technology companies are considered. The assessment of asset types will allow small technology companies to choose more effective mechanisms for their protection and use.
