Intelligentsia and terror in Russia at the end of XX century: unclaimed historical experience

The paper analyzed a number of issues relating to the history of political terrorism in Russia in the late twentieth century. Investigated the basic provisions of federal law «On Combating Terrorism», as well as identify the reasons for lack of demand for the historical experience of resistance to terror, learned of the Russian intelligentsia in the early twentieth century.
