Intelligentsia as a subject of health care: problems of its formation among the peoples of Siberia

The article considers the intelligentsia as a specific social group with the specific features. We reveal the problems of formation the intelligentsia among one of the small-numbered people of Siberia - the Tuvans, the prerequisites and conditions of this process. The influence of the Russian intelligentsia on creation of the European health system in the Tuva People's Republic, and formation of the stuff of physicians and paramedical personnel is shown. We review the peculiarities of forming national cadres, their role in becoming of the Tuva ethnos, characteristics of the most prominent representatives.
