Creating an effective domestic oil extraction plant is an urgent task to replace imports. The aim of the work is to improve the design of the carousel extractor based on optimization of the flow structure and intensification of the extraction process. The subject of the research is a multistage carousel extractor for the oil and fat industry. The study was conducted using the methods of mathematical and computer modeling. As a result of the study, the parameters of the optimal cyclic extraction scheme in a multistage rotary extractor were studied.
