We propose a model of interactive technologies for developing personal creative activity in the context of target, substantive and procedural components. These technologies allow creating conditions for lessons, when the participants learn through their own active work. The focus is on group interaction for achieving the jointly set goal to obtain the “living knowledge” as an educational product. The activity of each participant of pedagogic interaction allows us to consider the process of pedagogic interaction in the framework of subject-subject relations, and self-directed creative development - as a potential object of an external soft regulation, stimulating creative activity. The dynamics of interactive classes, aimed to develop personal creative activity, we see as a three-part structure: the creation of a situation of “relaxed attention”, then a situation of immersion in the collective creative experience, and situation of active assessment. Thanks to this structure a plan of an ideal learning situation at various stages of classes is created. We described in detail the functions of interactive lesson, which is aimed to develop personal creative activity in professional education.
