This work describes interactive training methods, their features, advantages and basic principles of organization. Using of them is required by a passage to new ratified 3rd Generation State Educational Standard, which changed training goals as well as methods and technique of training. Here teacher activity is subject to student activity, and the primary aim of teaching staff becomes to provide background for student initiative. Interactive training goal is focused on supporting of comfortable learning environment conditions, where students feel their successfulness that makes training process more effective. Interactive training provides understanding, cooperation, cross-fertilization, and its advantages are obvious. They stimulate for students their interest for learning, encourage active involvement to the training process, promote to effective retention of training material, and produce multi-attribute influence on students.
