The interests of the political elite in the modern Armenia

The article deals with the interests of the political elite in the modern Armenia. The author discusses contradictions within the elite associated with the determination of a vector of socio-economic and political development of the country. Special attention is paid to the traditions, way of thinking of Armenia citizens and the wisdom when there is a need to find compromise solutions on the sensitive issues requiring prompt response. The author believes that the modern political elite of Armenia is capable of effective public and political management.
