In the work the authors present the description of radar interferential measurements of ionospheric inhomogeneities made with the Irkutsk incoherent scatter radar (IISR). The possibility of use of coefficient of coherence of incoherent scatter signal for the analysis of wave indignations and absolute calibration of difference of phases between IISR channels on current value of a phase is described as well.
