International Caucasian fraternity as an element of the sociocultural environment of Russia’s near abroad in the 20th century

The article is concerned with urgent questions of the Caucasian fraternity as a constituent of the sociocultural environment of Russia’s near abroad in the 20th century. The author concludes that the Caucasian fraternity is one of the productive forms of the cultural dialogue between the people of Russia and Caucasus.
