Internet banking in the Russian federation: problems and prospects

The article offered directions of perfection of activities of Internet banking. Analyzed the rating and submitted legal documents regulating Internet banking. Define the main goals and tasks of development of Internet banking in the Russian Federation. The analysis of the aspects of the work of remote banking services, such as authentication process, receiving notifications about the actions performed, confirmation by the user of the performed operations and the use of electronic signatures. The problems identified increasing the use of Internet banking, including virtuality, a low degree of confidence in electronic money and low cultural level of the population in work with new technologies. Developed recommendations for the development of Internet banking in the Russian Federation.
