The article considers the basic areas of Internet marketing application in the electoral process. The author considers the prospects of using the Internet as a platform for new forms of social and political dialogue. Studying the empirical research data of the electoral process in Moscow in 2013, the author concludes that the society expresses the demand for new forms of participation in political life. The paper discusses the prospects of public process transformation considering the increasing activity of the protest electorate.
