The paper covers the urgent issues of enhancement of growing regional real estate markets by development and introduction of up-to-date high tech ICT tools responding the rising demand and providing efficient realtor services. The authors describe the innovative IT-project “Actual Real Estate Base" developed by the Internet-group “Yurga Town Net" and intended for real estate agencies. The strong and weak points of the innovative project are listed.
