The article contains an analysis of the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying segments of the digital environment, the use of which is the most effective for promoting the products of a regional book publishing house. The necessity of active, purposeful and systematic work of a regional book publisher in social networks and on specialized websites is substantiated.
