The internet trade in Russia and foreign states

The relevance of the article is that to date, a significant part of the economic sphere of society has migrated to the Internet space. There is a tendency to increase the number of purchases made by consumers primarily through the Internet. In this regard, many problems arise that are not resolved at the legislative level. The article reflects the problems of modern Russian legislation. Examples of the practice of foreign states concerning the regulation of these legal relations are given. There is a need for international legal exchange with a view to the most effective regulation of Internet commerce.
