Interpretation of linguistic manipulation techniques in the fi eld of special military operation (based on the public statements by Western and Russian leaders)

In the context of ongoing transformations, changes in the global order, and the intensifi cation of confl icts, particularly the Ukrainian confl ict and the Special Military Operation, politicians are increasingly relying on various forms of speech manipulation to achieve their objectives and mobilize public support. Th is article examines how political leaders use language to infl uence the minds of their audiences through the techniques of speech manipulation in their original language, as well as how these techniques are translated into other languages in order to reach diff erent cultural audiences.
