The article is devoted to the analysis of the "other" text in the lyrics Century V. N. Sokolova, oriented not only at the national (A. A. Fet, A. A. Blok, S. A. Esenin and other) and foreign literary tradition. "Strange," the word is presented in it not only allusions, but citations in the text, and the text made in the epigraph.
