The results of combined and surgical treatment of 111 patients with locally advanced colorectal cancer were analyzed. The patients were divided into 4 groups. Group I included 30 patients who underwent radical surgery with intraoperative intravenous autohemochemotherapy. Group II composed of 24 patients who were treated with combination of intraoperative intravenous autohemochemotherapy and regional intra-arterial autoplasmochemotherapy. Group III consisted of 30 patients who received the complex treatment including ncoadjuvant autohemochemotherapy. Group IV included 30 patients who underwent only surgery. Recurrence-free survival rates were 100 % for Groups I and II, 75,87 % for Group III and 53 % for Group IV. Intraoperative chemotherapy using autologous biological fluids resulted in positive changes in immune status of patients, increased no the rate of postoperative complications and diminished endogenous intoxication in postoperative period.
