This manuscript discusses modern invasive methods for detecting myocardial ischemia in interventional cardiology: fractional flow reserve, instantaneous wave-free ratio. The prospects of introducing new electrophysiological methods for the implementation of intraoperative monitoring of the state of the heart muscle are analyzed.
