Investments of natural monopolies: necessary changes in the context of pro-crisis development

The current economic crisis has created a number of significant barriers to the effective development of the national economy industries qualified as natural monopolies. The article analyses the main problems of funding the monopolies and the legal aspects of regulation of their investment activities. The existing limitations and weaknesses are identified and considered. The author suggests necessary areas of improvement of the investment activities of natural monopolies and its state regulation.
