Investment in fixed assets market of trade services in the northern regions

The scientific article presents the results of a research analysis of the use and reproduction of fixed capital in trade organizations in the northern regions of the Russian Federation for the period 2017-2022. These include 12 regional entities of the country, in which the trade sector occupies an important place in the structure of the gross regional product. As part of this work, an analysis of changes in the main indicators characterizing the capital of trading enterprises in the northern regions was carried out. The key factors influencing their change are identified. The main trends and development prospects are outlined, taking into account the invested funds aimed at the formation of fixed assets. It was revealed that the volume of investment in the trade services market has progressed annually, but it is necessary to search for our own sources of reproduction of fixed capital.
