The article presents the results of the analysis of investment activity of enterprises of the real sector of the economy on the example of Vladimir region, considers the main targets of investment activity of enterprises, reflects the factors of reduction of investment activity. The obtained results can be used in assessing the investment activity of enterprises of the real sector of the economy, will allow to highlight the most relevant directions of creation of favorable conditions of such development.
