Investment activities of modern Russia

The article analyzes the investment activity of modern Russia. The purpose of this article is to analyze and assess the key aspects of current investment activities in Russia, to determine development trends and future prospects on this basis. The research methodology consists in examining the dynamics of the investment activity of the Russian Federation through the main macroeconomic indicators and resource potential. The conducted study of the indicators of the Russian Federation gives an understanding that there is an unfavorable situation in the regions - there is not enough funding, scientific potential is lost, due to the difficulties experienced not only with a decrease in investment in fixed assets to GDP, but also with a decrease in foreign investment, these conclusions determine the need to create favorable conditions in the region for attracting young scientists. In the article, the authors assessed the dynamics of the volume of direct investments, investments in fixed assets and factors limiting investment activities in the Russian Federation.
