Investing activities: the entities, facilities and its features in Russian Federation

This article discusses the concept of “investment” from the point of view of several authors. The definitions of the concepts “subjects” and “objects” of investment activity are given and it is listed that this applies to them. The article concludes with a description of the state investment policy and ways to improve it.
