Investment policy as a factor of socio-economic development of the state

Actuality of this theme is conditioned the key value of investments in development of economy of country. This article discusses the concept of "investment attractiveness", its components - potential and risk. Address the question of the relationship of investment potential with the level of life of population of regions, is a characteristic of the essence of the potential and risk within the investment policy and examines the rating of investment attractiveness of Russian regions. The analysis of investment potential and investment processes in the country in recent years is carried out. The problems are studied and suggestions and conclusions are made for the development of investment potential both on a national and regional scale.
