Investment attractiveness of an enterprise: multi-level analysis of factors and their influence on investment decision-making

The article examines investment attractiveness as a multi-level category, including external and internal factors. The levels of investment attractiveness are analyzed: from projects and enterprises to industries, regions and countries. Particular attention is paid to key aspects influencing investment decisions, such as economic stability, infrastructure, competitiveness and innovation. Internal and external determinants influencing the sustainability and development of the enterprise are presented and systematized. An analysis of each level is carried out in order to comprehensively understand the factors that ensure successful attraction of investments.
