The scientific article discusses the concept and essential characteristics of the investment attractiveness of the region. The assessment of investment processes in the Republic of Tyva is given through the analysis of attracting investments in the fixed capital of the region. The interrelation of investment attractiveness and investment activity of the region is revealed. Based on the analysis, conclusions were drawn and proposals were developed aimed at creating the investment attractiveness of the region.
