Investment programme as a basis for development of resource supplying enterprises

The study presents the peculiarities of investment activity and organisation of investment activity, characteristic of regional infrastructure development, in particular communal infrastructure. The investment programme is the main document of the enterprise on which its development is based, the application of investment programmes in the activities of enterprises in the region significantly affects its infrastructure.
