Investment climate of the Kaliningrad region

The article examines the features of the investment climate in the Kaliningrad region, which create a special climate for attracting investors. To assess the investment climate of the regions, a methodology was considered that allows you to control the economic situation in the region. Particular attention is paid to the creation of a council to improve the investment climate. The council, which works on a permanent basis, has identified the main tasks aimed at improving the investment climate in the Kaliningrad region.
