Investment management at the enterprise: nature, significance, management of investments and risks of their realization

The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence and significance of investment activity of the enterprise, the importance of formation of investment management system and risk management of investment projects in the conditions of modern crisis in the economy. Investments help to develop the enterprise, but they are associated with risks of receiving the investment and achieving the intended performance indicators. No less important is the observance of the planned terms of investment, which is associated with the problems of not only the financing of investment activities, but also the impact of negative macroeconomic factors. Properly organized subsystem of risk management in the structure of the investment management system allows minimizing the negative impact of various factors.
