Investment project: its financing and efficiency

The article defines an investment project conception and considers main tasks of its financing. It specifies some areas of the Russian state investment activities and principle criteria for the project selection. The author reviews a number of the relevant investment projects implementing in the Samara Region and explains the correct way of the investment project efficiency assessment.
