The level and efficiency of investment in human capital through in-house training in organizations of Belarus is estimated in the paper. The factors (typical for Belarusian enterprises), affecting the efficiency of investment in human capital in the framework of in -house training are specified. As am Methodical basis of the study the economic and statistical and sociological methods were chosen. As a methodological basis the human capital theory, the economic theory of labor and labor economics were used. It allowed to reveal principles of effective human capital investments in industrial companies of Belarus.
